NaviWorld Singapore successfully conducted our “Secret to Expanding your Business while Minimizing your Effort Seminar” on 13 Nov 2018. We have received overwhelming respond and good interaction during the workshop from our about 20 delegates.
Our participants had expressed their appreciation in knowing about NaviWorld Singapore, understanding the “Secret to Expanding your Business while Minimizing your Effort”. They were impressed with the ways that ERP and its add-on technologies can enhance their business operations. Even those with existing ERP can find ways to further improve their business process by reducing the manual data entries. We followed by case studies of how our customer saved hundreds of thousand SGD a year after successfully implemented their ERP project.
Our audience became the first in Singapore to view the New Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Formerly called Navision ERP) when our Professional Services Director and Lead Consultant demonstrated its functionalities to allow users to work seamlessly by integrating with e-Invoicing, bar code scanning mobility and artificial intelligence.
Our lead consultants, Rick and Elvina, concluded with a demonstration of how the ERP integrates from E-Commerce to the Bar Code Scanner for Proof of Delivery. They also showed how a “Click-and-Collect” from E-Commerce and sent to retail POS such as LS NAV Retail for the customer to collect their orders from their selected retail outlet.
